Experience Level:4 to 7 Years of support experience


Activities

• Resolve issues viz break/fix, configuration issues, troubleshooting, problem management, stability analysis etc.
• Handle escalated issues that L1 support is not equipped to handle.
• Escalate the open ticket to L3 team in the event of non-resolution of problem pertaining to code change along with the working and /or artefacts, if required
• Perform RCA and Submit report as applicable.
• Involve hardware and software/OEM vendors, as appropriate and applicable
• Configuration management of products, services and integration testing with third party system as applicable
• Support on Audit activities

Must have:


2.Good Written and verbal communication skills and good experience or the understanding about the ITIL support process for Incident, Problem and change management.

Willingness to work in 24X7 support module.
