Roles and Responsibility
Minimum of 4+ years related work experience as Scrum master/ handling agile projects, working directly with software development teams with JIRA, Dashboards, Metrics, Confluence, Miro board is a must.
Handson involvement in Agile practices. Should be able to play the role of an agile coach to set up and nurture best practices across a geographically spread out team.
Experience using Jira, Miro board and Confluence is a must.
Must be an excellent communicator, efficient and individual contributor.
Overlap with the US until midnight IST is a must.
