Job description
We are seeking a
Performance Marketer (Media Buyer) to join our team.

You will work closely with our clients, internal teams, and external partners to create and implement strategies that optimize conversions, increase revenue, and enhance brand visibility.

Responsibilities:

Create and manage paid advertising campaigns across various channels, such as
Google Ads, Facebook Ads, display networks, and other relevant platforms

Conduct thorough
market research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to identify target demographics and optimize campaign targeting.
Knowledge of:

-
CPA, CPL,CPI, CPC:

Native Ads, Google Ads, Pay Per Call
Plus Point, Push/Pops
Any [Max] of the following Verticals: Gambling, Dating, Home Improvement, Casino, Insurance, Nutra, eCommerce, Crypto, Sweepstakes.

-
Conduct A/B testing, landing page optimization, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives to maximize campaign effectiveness.

Prepare regular
performance reports and present findings to clients, offering actionable recommendations for campaign optimization and future growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients,
serving as a trusted advisor and providing strategic guidance on performance marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

-
Have knowledge of paid advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager.

Have knowledge in using analytics tools such as
Google Analytics, SEMRUSH, or similar platforms

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the
ability to present complex ideas to clients and internal stakeholders

Job Types:

Full-time, Permanent

Pay:
Up to ₹55,916.37 per month
