About the Founders

The company is co-founded by 3X founder, who is the person who brought Construction Project Management Consultancy to India way back in 1986.

He is presently not only the Director of but also the Managing Director of A N Prakash Construction Project Management Consultants Pvt.

Ltd.

The second co-founder is 3X founder, who has been working on 'enabling better living' for over 7 years.

He was one of the main members who was instrumental in development of the in house app we call NIMS.

About the Role

As a Digital Content Creator at , you will play a vital role in shaping our online presence through _engaging blogs_, _compelling video scripts_, and working on creating a robust semantic content network.

Your work will be instrumental in driving content initiatives that resonate with our audience and reinforce our brand's mission.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and craft highquality, SEOoptimised blogs to maintain a consistent content flow.
• Develop and implement a content strategy focused on semantic networking and current SEO trends.
• Create captivating and keywordrich social media posts to enhance online visibility and engagement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to script promotional videos and multimedia content.
• Monitor content performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimise web traffic and audience engagement.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in English with exceptional writing and editing skills.
• A degree in Communications, English, Journalism, or related field is preferred.
• Ability to produce wellresearched content within deadlines.
• Basic understanding of SEO principles and content marketing strategies.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior experience in content creation is advantageous.

Performance Expectations

During the 3-month probationary period and beyond, you are expected to:

• Deliver at least one 1000-word blog per week consistently.
• Generate keywordrich social media content regularly.
• Demonstrate proficiency in developing content aligned with a semantic network strategy.
