We are ambitiously driving our medical writing business to support Drs/students/hospitals/CROs/corporate Pharma publish their medical research work.

Brief:
As a BM - MW for Medcafe Solutions you will be key person driving numerous activities for medical writing business including but not limited to
- Driving Marketing and sales for medical writing business creating a database of potential customers, screening and contacting (telemarketing & LN Marketing), identifying potential leads
- Be responsible for various sales and marketing KPIs for the given year
- Business development activities e.g. meeting clients, conference participation, organising events
- Generating scope of work, negotiation and follow up with potential leads to ensure conversion to clients.
- Stakeholder management
- Building and maintaining relationship with existing clients.
- Client facing meetings (1:1 or virtual) interacting with variety of clients including KOLs/practising Drs, B2Bs, overseas clients, hospitals, clinical research directors, medical affairs directors.
- Consultation and coordinating with the directors, mentors and staff of Medcafe Solutions LLP
- Be a project lead for a given project & provide complete project oversight
- Documentation, compliance and governance & any miscellaneous work

Requirements:

Basic requirements
- A good working computer, good internet connection, headset and a mobile phone with good connectivity
- Education
- Life science background a must, ideally Bpharm, Mpharm
- Good English communication skills both written and spoken
- Computer literacy and familiarity with MS office tools
Advanced requirements
- Advanced qualification like MBA or PharmD
- Previous experience in sales and or marketing up to 4 years.
- Proven expertise in digital / social media marketing

Remuneration: 20,000 (full time job)
Travel:
This is a hybrid model with 50% working remotely and travel in Mumbai up to 50% depending on the client requirements.
