As our People Operations Coordinator at Pluralsight, you'll be an integral member of our People Operations team, providing administrative and operational support for our team members around the world.

Located in our dynamic, growing technology center in India, this role will be responsible for supporting critical People activities, such as interpreting and executing HR policies and procedures, facilitating onboarding and offboarding activities, HRIS maintenance, compliance requirements, payroll data preparation and benefits administration.


What you'll own:

  • Represent the People Operations team in providing timely and accurate resolution to queries from employees across all functions, including benefits and perks, time off and leave, policies and compliance.
  • Enhance and maintain tools and resources (e.g., SOPs, job aids, FAQs) to facilitate process integrity and selfservice capabilities.
  • Document, implement, and improve processes and programs relating to the team member lifecycle conducting regular reviews to drive optimization and scalability.
  • Support the integrity of our data by running regular audits and reporting.
  • Work crossfunctionally as part of a driven, committed global People Operations team to deliver outstanding internal customer support.
  • Assist with adhoc global projects and other tasks as necessary, in support of People team strategic initiatives, to help the organization scale and achieve business results.

Experience you'll need- Bachelor's Degree with a related major (e.g., Human Resources, Business Management, Psychology, etc.) or two years of experience in a global People Operations role.- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with genuine desire to provide a positive internal customer experience.- Demonstrated commitment to maintaining strict confidentiality and professionalism regarding sensitive employee issues and information.- Ability to multitask, embrace change, and prioritize in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.- Must be a self-starter, have a strong work ethic, and have a team-oriented, no-job-is-too-small attitude.- Comfort with data reporting, plus unwavering attention to detail.- Familiarity with international employment practices and experience supporting around the globe (US, India, Australia, Ireland and/or the UK) is strongly preferred- Experience with Google Applications (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides); HRIS (particularly Workday) experience is strongly preferred.
