- Generate new business via cold calling to CXO folks across North America
- Follow up on inbound marketing leads
- Sell/Upsell/Cross sell IT Solutions and IT Staffing services to new and existing clients
- Deliver unparalleled customer experience by resolving customer issues as and when required
- Generate and maintain a list of potential clients on an ongoing basis
- Work with geographically dispersed members of this team
- Generate leads through LinkedIn Sales Navigator & Email Campaigns
- Managing social media such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter
- MUST be willing to work in Night Shifts / US Shifts
- Minimum 1-3 Years of Inside Sales or Lead Generation experience
- Minimum of 1 year experience selling IT Solutions or IT staffing services in US geography
- Bachelors degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or related field.MBA in Sales and Marketing highly preferred
- Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills
- Strong Interpersonal skills, conversational skills and active listening ability to build a strong rapport with potential clients
- Highly motivated, energetic, and outgoing
- Ability to work individually as well as a team member
- Ability to work on multiple tasks with global team members
- Some experience using tools like ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, RainKing, DiscoverOrg, Zoho etc

This candidate MUST have a strong understanding of the Information Technology (IT) sales and/or US Staffing Sales process with at least 1-3 years of relevant work experience
Candidate MUST be ready to work in US Shifts (7 PM 4 AM IST)
