    Description

    Job Description:

    1. Responsible for the Loss on Sale Collection on various collection
    parameters for Pan India by visits/legal etc., through Area Legal
    Managers/Legal officers/Collection execution
    agencies/Advocate Firms etc.,
    2. Responsible for the Non-Starter account collection for Pan India
    on various collection parameters for Pan India by visits/legal
    etc., through Area Legal Managers/Legal officer's/Collection
    execution agencies/Advocate Firms etc.,
    3. Responsible for collection from Service providers (due to
    company) on various collection parameters for Pan India.
    4. Responsible for release of Legal Hold Stock.
    5. Co-ordinating with National Collection Managers for
    Commercial Vehicles and recoveries and ensuring execution of
    staircase legal actions.
    6. Managing the above collections through team of Area Legal
    Manager/Legal Officers/Agencies.
    7. Developing a Robust Legal execution agency /advocate firms
    district wise for execution of awards and 138
    summons/warrants.
    8. Travelling to all the locations to review the performance of each
    field location.
    9. Ensuring smooth execution of the various strategies/drives
    planned by HO for day-to-day collection performance
    improvement. Designing ground level plans for executing the
    team strategies.
    10. Periodic performance review of the ALMs / LO's & keeping
    close control to ensure the achievement of allocated collection
    targets on various parameters.
    11. Periodic monitoring of the field capacity as per the Avg.
    Collection Ratio (ACR)
    12. Monthly review of the state, location, agency performance,
    Identifying & suggesting new agencies / DMAs for collection &
    evaluation before empanelment of these new agencies.
    13. Monitoring the daily productivity MIS, PPT presentation &
    shared with the higher management along with the analysis for
    the states.
    14. Managing the customer service escalations for collection
    related issues for the state & ensuring amicable resolutions in
    the same.
