    Job Description:

    • Responsible for the Loss on Sale Collection on various collectionparameters for Pan India by visits/legal etc., through Area LegalManagers/Legal officers/Collection executionagencies/Advocate Firms etc.,2. Responsible for the Non-Starter account collection for Pan Indiaon various collection parameters for Pan India by visits/legaletc., through Area Legal Managers/Legal officer's/Collectionexecution agencies/Advocate Firms etc.,3. Responsible for collection from Service providers (due tocompany) on various collection parameters for Pan India.4. Responsible for release of Legal Hold Stock.5. Co-ordinating with National Collection Managers forCommercial Vehicles and recoveries and ensuring execution ofstaircase legal actions.6. Managing the above collections through team of Area LegalManager/Legal Officers/Agencies.7. Developing a Robust Legal execution agency /advocate firmsdistrict wise for execution of awards and 138summons/warrants.8. Travelling to all the locations to review the performance of eachfield location.9. Ensuring smooth execution of the various strategies/drivesplanned by HO for day-to-day collection performanceimprovement. Designing ground level plans for executing theteam strategies.10. Periodic performance review of the ALMs / LO's & keepingclose control to ensure the achievement of allocated collectiontargets on various parameters.11. Periodic monitoring of the field capacity as per the Avg.
    Collection Ratio (ACR)12.

    Monthly review of the state, location, agency performance,Identifying & suggesting new agencies / DMAs for collection &evaluation before empanelment of these new agencies.13.

    Monitoring the daily productivity MIS, PPT presentation &shared with the higher management along with the analysis forthe states.14. Managing the customer service escalations for collectionrelated issues for the state & ensuring amicable resolutions inthe same.
