IT CoE DCS Cloud Ops - L3*:

Functional responsibilities*:


  • Work in General shift 10:30AM IST to 07:30PM IST
  • Responsible for Oncall support for two to four weeks typically rotating every 3 months
  • Work on weekends or during off Business hours for any scheduled activity(will be planned well in advance)
  • Use ticket tracking software to record all work activity related to Incident, Service Requests, Problem tickets and Change requests, following defined processes based on ITIL methodology
  • Complement a highperformance team with your unique talents for innovative cloud solutions
  • Implement and Manage cloud solution in Azure & may be other Cloud providers in future.
  • Make recommendations on improving system performance and reliability
  • Ensure solutions are maintained for high availability, scalability, security, and supportability
  • Oversee information systems security safeguards
  • Enable effective integration between Development and Operations
  • Continually learn, discover, evolve, and mentor
  • Build Technical Documents relation to operations
  • Proactively take actions to improve the service quality
  • Ensure timely creation of necessary reports or documentation related to the job or update the knowledge base
  • Be a good team player and handle pressures of operations job

Job Qualifications*:


Education **:
Graduate (any) - BE (Comp Sci) preferred Diploma Comp Sci preferred

Certifications **:
AZ-303: Microsoft Azure Architect Technologies AZ-304: Microsoft Azure Architect Design

Experience **:8 to 10 years IT Infrastructure Operations experience. 4+ years of experience in Cloud Operations


Specific skills*:


  • Expert in Azure IaaS & PaaS
  • Expert in Azure Networking
  • Expert in Kubernetes.
  • Good understanding of modern Containers & Microservices architectures
  • Expertise in MS Azure automation
  • Expert in Azure DataFactory, Logic Apps and Databricks
  • Expert in Powershell scripting
  • Expertise in AWS EC2, S3 & Workspace or any other Cloud Provider solutions

Mandatory Skills*:


  • Expert in Azure IaaS & PaaS
  • Expert in Azure Networking
  • Expert in Kubernetes.
  • Good understanding of modern Containers & Microservices architectures
  • Expertise in MS Azure automation
  • Expert in Azure DataFactory, Logic Apps and Databricks
  • Expert in Powershell scripting
