The Customer 360++ is a CRMIT Solutions initiative to;- Maximize the Return on Investment for Salesforce customers by providing project outcomes and continuous improvement to existing systems & processes.
- Help customers address challenges in user adoption by taking a holistic and valuebased approach to customer engagements.
- Extend a connected and unified Customer Experience leveraging Salesforce best practices & CRMIT's assets and IP.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- 34 Year minimum work experience Field sales/Inside Sales (preferably in IT Services company/even IT product may do) and preferably external/customer facing.
- High energy, inquisitive (hunger to learn), outgoing/pushy.
- Clear/Concise communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership skills in previous roles with outcome orientation (can ask for specific examples).
- Strong number orientation in terms of quantifying output (funnel creation/meetings fixed/closures/Revenue generation examples in previous jobs/assignments).
- Demonstrated analytical/logical reasoning skills.
- Well versed in MS Office (emphasis on PPT/Excel).
Qualification:
- Bachelors/Postgraduate degree, professional qualification, or relevant experience
