Roles and Responsibilities:


  • 34 Year minimum work experience Field sales/Inside Sales (preferably in IT Services company/even IT product may do) and preferably external/customer facing.
  • High energy, inquisitive (hunger to learn), outgoing/pushy.
  • Clear/Concise communication skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills in previous roles with outcome orientation (can ask for specific examples).
  • Strong number orientation in terms of quantifying output (funnel creation/meetings fixed/closures/Revenue generation examples in previous jobs/assignments).
  • Demonstrated analytical/logical reasoning skills.
  • Well versed in MS Office (emphasis on PPT/Excel).

  • Bachelors/Postgraduate degree, professional qualification, or relevant experience
