A Customer Relations Executive plays a crucial role in managing reservations and ensuring a smooth process for guests.

Here are some key responsibilities and tasks associated with this role:

Reservation Management:


  • Input reservation details accurately into the booking system.
  • Ensure that all necessary information, such as guest preferences and special requests, is recorded.

Communication:


  • Communicate with guests to confirm reservations, provide information about the resort, and address any inquiries or concerns.

Availability Monitoring:


  • Keep track of room availability and update the reservation system accordingly.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure accurate information on room availability and rates.

Upselling and Cross-Selling:


  • Promote additional services, upgrades, or amenities to enhance the guest experience.
  • Provide information on package deals, promotions, and special offers.
  • Address guest concerns and resolve issues related to reservations.

Payment Processing:


  • Process reservations payments, including deposits and final payments.
  • Ensure accuracy in billing.

Record Keeping:


  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of reservations.
  • Generate reports on occupancy rates, revenue, and other relevant metrics.

Collaboration with Other Departments:


  • Coordinate with front desk and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Relay special requests or requirements to relevant departments.

Training and Development:


  • Stay informed about the resort's facilities, services, and policies.
  • Participate in training programs to enhance knowledge and skills.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM):


  • Utilize CRM tools to maintain a database of guest information and preferences.
  • Foster positive relationships with repeat guests.

Adaptability:


  • Be flexible in handling lastminute changes and adjustments to reservations.

Sales and Revenue Management:


  • Work with the sales and marketing team to maximize revenue through strategic pricing and promotions.

Feedback Collection:


  • Solicit feedback from guests and report any recurring issues or suggestions to management.


A Customer Relations Executive in should have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-centric approach to ensure a positive experience for guests.

Additionally, knowledge of reservation systems and a good understanding of the resort's offerings are essential.


Job Types:

Salary:
₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month
