Bright Vision is a young company whose IT services were outsourced by abroad client.Join our team as we rebuild our workforce after the pandemic.
A customer service representative should be able to interact with a customer and immediately get the context of their problem.
Support agents should have sound knowledge of the product/service which will help them suggest a solution to the customer right away.
If the issue the customer is facing is beyond the immediate scope of the support rep, they should learn to escalate the problem to the right internal team(s) and follow up with them regularly for updates on the progress.
Computer skills like decent typing speed, MS Excel, Gmail, Website, Skype will play a significant role in day-to-day basis.A willingness to learn more and dedication would pay off great dividends in the long run.
Opening for two positions.
This is a minimum 1-year contract opportunity.
Education:
Diploma / Bachelor's / Master's degree (Computer background preferred).
Work Experience: 1+ year and fresher.
Working hours: 11am to 8pm IST [Monday to Friday]
Very Good communication in English is a MUST.
