Key Responsibilities:
*Project Planning and Coordination: =>Collaborate with project managers to develop project plans, timelines, and milestones for IT infrastructure projects.

=>Assist in resource allocation, task assignment, and coordination of project activities.

Documentation and Reporting:

=>Create and maintain project documentation, including project charters, schedules, and status reports.

=>Generate regular reports to update stakeholders on project progress and potential risks.

*Communication and Collaboration: =>Facilitate communication between project teams.

=>Organize and participate in regular project meetings, ensuring effective information exchange.

*Risk Management: =>Identify potential risks and issues related to project delivery and escalate them to the project manager.

=>Assist in developing and implementing risk mitigation strategies.

*Quality Assurance: =>Ensure adherence to project management best practices and quality standards.

=>Conduct periodic project reviews to assess progress and identify areas for improvement.

Resource Management:

=>Coordinate with IT teams to ensure availability of resources and resolve resource conflicts.

=>Assist in managing project budgets, tracking expenses, and reporting financial status.

*Vendor Management: =>Collaborate with vendors to obtain quotes, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of products and services.

=>Evaluate vendor performance and provide feedback to the project manager.

*Change Management: =>Assist in managing changes to project scope, schedule, and costs.

=>Communicate changes to relevant stakeholders and ensure proper documentation.
