    Position:QA/QC Engineer (Mech)/DocumentController

    Salary:3200 AED Sales Commission(Applicable)

    Vacancy:3 Location:UAE

    Qualifications:

    • Diplomain Mechanical Engineering
    • CSWIP3.1/3.2 qualificationpreferred

    Responsibilities:

    • Implementand maintain quality control procedures to ensure compliance withproject specifications and industrystandards.
    • Conductinspections and tests on materials equipment and processes toidentify defects and deviations from qualitystandards.
    • Generate quality reportsand documentation to track inspection results and correctiveactions.
    • Coordinate with projectteams to resolve quality issues and ensure timely completion ofdeliverables
    • Apply mechanicalengineering principles to assess and improve the quality andreliability of mechanical systems andcomponents.
    • Review and interpretengineering drawings specifications and technical documents toverify compliance with projectrequirements.
    • Provide technicalsupport and guidance to project teams regarding qualityrelatedmatters and mechanical engineeringconcerns.
    • Establish and maintain acomprehensive document control system to manage projectdocumentation including drawings specifications andreports.
    • Ensure the accuracycompleteness and integrity of project documentation through versioncontrol and documenttracking.
    • Distribute documents torelevant stakeholders and ensure timely access to updatedinformation as per projectrequirements.
    • Retrieve and archivedocuments according to retention policies and project lifecyclestages.
    • Communicate effectively withproject stakeholders including engineers contractors and clients toaddress qualityrelated issues and document controlrequirements.
    • Collaborate withcrossfunctional teams to streamline workflows improve documentmanagement processes and enhance projectefficiency.
    • Facilitate internal andexternal audits and inspections by providing access to relevantdocumentation and supporting evidence asneeded.


    Requirements

    • Proficiencyin implementing quality control procedures and conductinginspections in a mechanical engineeringcontext.
    • Knowledge ofQA/QC standards codes and regulations applicable to mechanicalconstruction projects.
    • Strongunderstanding of mechanical engineering principles and theirapplication in construction and manufacturingenvironments.
    • Familiarity withinspection techniques testing methods and quality assurance toolsrelevant to mechanical systems andcomponents.
    • Experience in documentcontrol processes and software systems for managing projectdocumentation.
    • Attention to detailand accuracy in maintaining document repositories version controland document tracking.
    • Excellentverbal and written communication skills for conveying technicalinformation and facilitating collaboration among projectteams.
    • Ability to communicateeffectively with diverse stakeholders including engineerscontractors and clients.
    • Analyticalmindset with the ability to identify analyze and resolve qualityissues and document control challenges in a proactivemanner.
    • Capacity to make sounddecisions and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines andobjectives.
