Project Scope: Pre contract project development for 20,000 m2 Area, Statue and Statue Base (9500 m2), Hotel and Convention Centre (8550 m2), Memorial Garden/Visitors’ Center (1937 m2), Parking/Transport Site (340,343 m2) for 14 buses and 1000 Cars.

Description: The Government of Gujarat has constituted a special purpose vehicle, the Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Rashtriya Ekta Trust (“SVPRET”) as Owner and Sardar Sarovar Narmada Nigam Limited (“SSNNL”) as Employer for purposes of developing the Statue of Unity project (“Project”). The Project is proposed to be developed within the SSNNL preserve land (“Preserve”) and/ or land of the Government of Gujarat.

Key Result Areas: 

• Managed collection of Information related to site and adjacent areas from various Government Agencies
• Performed mathematical model study to access water flow near Sadhu Hill due to Construction of Garud Eshwar Weir
• Carried out geotechnical investigation and study correlation between Geotechnical Investigation & Seismological Studies
• Visited site and collected data including Catchment Area Analysis and study of socio-Economic Profile of the region.

Description: Hotel Raffles Dubai Built to 6-star standards with 190 Standard Rooms and 50 Suits, along with shopping mall of 27,500 m2 and car park for 1000 + cars.

Description: Khan Murjan was the first 2 storied underground souq to an ancient finish with 180 Shops + Ancient Water Feature Technologies. The structure consisted of cast-in-situ slabs and pre-stressed slabs.

Project Description: Mall of the Emirates was built on international standards with 200 Decorative Shops, 7 Cinemas, and 2 Food Courts with Asia’s First Artificial Ice Skating named as Ski Dubai. The structure consisted of RCC Cast in Situ Slabs & Pre-Cast Hollow Core Slabs placed by using 5 tower cranes.
