Telesales Specialist
Work from Office
It's not a rotational shift
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce our products and services
- Follow up with potential clients and answer their questions
- Generate sales leads and set up meetings with potential clients
- Manage sales activities and track progress
- Update customer information in the CRM
- Participate in sales meetings and training sessions
- Report sales performance to the team leader
Requirements:
- At least one year of experience in international calling and telesales
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
- Strong organizational and customer service skills
- Knowledge of customer relationship management software
- High school diploma or equivalent
Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary:
₹20, ₹42,266.47 per month
