Responsibilities:

Development (50%):
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools.
L3 Support (50%):
- Serve as a point of contact for escalated technical issues, providing timely and effective resolutions.
- Investigate and troubleshoot complex software issues reported by customers or internal teams.
- Communicate technical solutions clearly and effectively to stakeholders.
- Document support processes, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions for future reference.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong understanding of Spring Boot framework and Java development.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and database systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
- Prior experience in providing technical support or customer service is a plus.
