Your tasks

Planning, Tracking and meeting Project/customer expectations
Coaching and mentoring team to selforganize, collaborate and deliver via Agile practices
Identify, Track and resolve Impediments in a timely fashion
Support the team to make progress by ensuring that team understands the Project goals and are working on right tasks
Facilitate Team meetings and all Agile Ceremonies
Develop and implement Reporting methods/metrics for monitoring and improving team health, Quality and Delivery excellence
Support to Product owner in maintaining Product backlog
Foster an environment for high performing team

Requirements:

Bachelor
Electrical & Electronics Engineering/Computer Engineering/Computer Science
Experience preferably in ADAS Domain Or in Automotive Domain
Extensive knowledge on Agile Methodology
Proficient in DOORS, JIRA, GIT, Confluence
Certification in SAFE Agile
Proficient communication skills

Electrical & Electronics Engineering/Computer Engineering/Computer Science
