Position:

  • Customer Success Officer

Location:

  • Gurgaon, Haryana

Age Criteria:

  • Minimum 20

Responsibilities:


  • Handling OB Calls for Sales, Services or Collections
  • Coordinating & Following Up with the relevant Individuals & Departments
  • Connecting with the customers in accordance with TAT or whenever necessary
  • Recording Stats in relation to Voice of the Customer
  • Performing Backend activities as and when necessary
  • Managing the data & reporting of assigned portfolio.
  • Experience from Banking / Finance Background will be an advantage.

Skills Required:


  • Comm Skill
  • Proficient in English (Both Oral & Written) & Hindi
  • Hands on experience of MS Office & Outlook (Office 365 will be added advantage)
  • Should be able to use MS Excel Features (Functions, Pivot, Text to Column etc.)
  • Decision making skills to Analyse and resolve the customer concerns.

Salary:
₹11, ₹18,000.00 per month
