  • Banking of Initial & Renewal Premium
  • Managing Petty cash & vendor payments
  • Retention of Surrender Requests
  • Execution of all Service Requests
  • Post Policy Issuance
  • Reverting on customer queries and complaints
  • Life and Health Claims processing
  • Handling compliance issues.
  • Audit Rating
