    Description

    As a YouTube Channel Manager for Politikos Digital Media, you'll be responsible for managing, growing, and optimizing our channel which provides diverse content across various categories. Your primary goal will be to enhance our channel's visibility, subscriber count, and engagement, ensuring consistent growth and alignment with our brand's voice and objectives.

    Key Responsibilities:

    · Content Strategy Development: Develop and implement content strategies that align with the channel's goals and audience interests.

    · Video Management: Oversee the video upload process, including optimization of titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails to maximize reach and engagement.

    · Analytics and Reporting: Regularly analyze channel metrics to gauge performance, identify trends, and adapt strategies accordingly.

    · Audience Engagement: Manage and respond to comments and messages, fostering a positive community environment.

    · Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with content creators, editors, and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive content calendar and branding.

    · SEO Optimization: Utilize YouTube SEO best practices to increase video visibility and channel traffic.

    · Monetization Strategies: Implement and manage monetization strategies, including ads, sponsorships, and merchandise promotions.

    · Brand Consistency: Ensure all content aligns with the channel's brand identity and messaging.

    · Innovative Practices: Stay updated with the latest YouTube features and trends to keep the channel dynamic and engaging.

    · Feedback Implementation: Act on viewer feedback to improve content quality and viewer satisfaction.
