Description

Responsibilities

Management of a claim's portfolio, and handling all claims within all appropriate service levels, and in a compliant manner
Analysis of first notification of loss from our customers.
Gathering necessary documentation and evidence related to the claim received and reporting the loss to the right insurance at the earliest
Following up with insurance to ensure our customer's claim is approved and paid in a timely manner
Keeping detailed records on the claims actions taken and all communications with the clients
Coordinating with insurance providers and insuranceappointed repairers and loss adjusters to expedite our customer's claims and resolve disputes within the timelines.
Staying up to date on regulations and industry standards
Answering client inquiries and providing excellent customer service
Maintaining accurate records and filing claims
Negotiating settlements and resolving disputes
Ability to work flexibly in the Motor Claims Team to meet customer needs

Requirements and Skills

A minimum of 2 years experience in a Motor and/or General Claims handling Customer facing role
Proven knowledge of contracts of insurance, particularly motor policies
Demonstrated ability to communicate and influence internal and external customers
Experience in a Customer facing role, maintaining a standard of quality whilst providing outstanding Customer Service
Quiet background facilitating outgoing and incoming calls
