Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:
Assist in scheduling and ideating Instagram posts using content planning tools.
Post content across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, messages, and engage with the audience.
Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and implement creative social media campaigns.

Content Creation and Presentation:
Create visually appealing presentations for client meetings using tools like PowerPoint or Google Slides.
Assist in crafting engaging and informative blog posts related to industry trends and company updates.
Contribute to content creation, including writing captions, blog articles, and short-form content.

Client Communication:
Collaborate with team members to gather information and insights for client presentations.
Assist in providing timely updates and reports to clients regarding their social media campaigns.

Administrative Support:
Assist with administrative tasks, such as organizing files, data entry, and maintaining records.
Support the team in scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating appointments.

Requirements:

Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
Strong interest and familiarity with various social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
Proficiency in using content planning and scheduling tools for social media (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite).
Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft engaging and errorfree content.
Basic design skills for creating presentations and simple graphics using tools like PowerPoint or Canva.
Enthusiasm for staying updated on social media trends, best practices, and industry developments.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Familiarity with blogging platforms and basic understanding of SEO principles is a plus.
