Description

Roles and responsibilities:
- catering to customer phone calls
- handling customer concerns and complaints in a timely manner
- dealing with customer issues and churning out an easy-to-follow solution
- establishing a positive rapport with all clients and customers in person or via phone
- forming reports based on customer satisfaction statistics and helping their team to develop new skills
- fixing appointments based on the availability of customers and clients

  • Graduation is required (Any stream)
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills (Telugu, English & Hindi)
  • Computer proficiency (MS Office, Typing Speed)
  • Freshers also can apply

Salary:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift

  • Banjara Hills, Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Bachelor's (required)

Experience:


  • Customer care: 1 year (required)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)
