Dental Sales Business Sales Executive (Telecaller)

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Dental Sales Business Sales Executive (Telecaller) to join our team.

As a telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients in the dental industry, promoting our products and services, and driving sales growth through effective communication and negotiation.

Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to potential clients in the dental industry
Introduce and promote our dental products and services
Engage in consultative selling to understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication
Understand and address client concerns or objections
Follow up on leads and maintain sales pipelines
Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies
Stay uptodate with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor activities
Provide regular reports on sales activities and results

Requirements:

Previous experience in telecalling or sales role, preferably in dental sales or a related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
Customercentric approach with a focus on providing solutions
Resultsdriven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Basic knowledge of dental products and services (preferred)
Proficiency in using Excel and MS Office Suite

Salary:
₹13, ₹20,000.00 per month
