EssentialDuties/ Role andResponsibilities

BIMModeling:

Primarilyresponsible for development of 3D MEP Models using Revit for theproduction of AsBuilts Schematic Design Design Development andConstruction Documentation/ Detail DrawingSets.

Coordinatingwith other members of the Project Team to ensure completeness andaccuracy of themodel.
QualityAssuranceAdhere tothe internal and clients quality processes while producing anddelivering CAD/BIM models drawings and documents with limitedoversight.


TeamWorking:
Working inconjunction with Intermediate/ Senior Intermediate/ SeniorArchitects/ Engineers/ Project Managers/ ProjectLeaders.
Selfmanagementof assigned tasks for efficient errorfree and timelydeliveries.


Expertise:
Basicknowledge of International Building Construction Systems prevalentin US and MEregions.
KnowledgeSkills &Abilities
ProficiencyBasic understanding of AutoCAD andRevit.
Architecturaland Engineering design documentation background preferred withbasic knowledge of general design documentation standards practicesandprocedures.
Knowhowto prepare Electrical services (eg. ELV LV Lighting) CD set /detail drawings and as builtdrawings.
Knowhow toprepare single line diagram and equipmentlayouts.
Run 3DDesign coordination of ASMEP components using Autodesk Revit/Navisworks and similartools.
Basicunderstanding of the architectural and engineering design processboth in the office and onsite.
Ability toemploy creative and innovative thoughtprocesses.
Goodwritten and spoken English isrequired.
PreferredEducation andExperience

Masters/Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Electrical or any otherspecialization in engineering disciplines is preferred with aminimum 03 years of experience in AEC industry with matching workexperience.

AutodeskRevit Revit MEP Navisworks HVAC Design tools Civil 3D EnergyAnalysisToolsExperience indesign and documentation of Architectural and Engineering projectsNew construction andrenovation.

Wellversed with production of MEP CD set drawings and 2D MEPCoordinationdrawingsCreatingRevit based 3D family and 2D Detail Components using CAD andRevit
