Description
JOB DESCRIPTION:Actively promote the AAmechatronic locking system (CLIQ) to channel partners and end customers. Specification of our Mechatronic Access Controlled Locking Solution (CLIQ) in large projects by engaging MEP consultants, architects, and end customers through successful presentations of the electronic keying concept, technical details, and feasibility studies.
Present sales pipeline and target reports to business stakeholders. Follow up on issued quotations and engage in intensive negotiations with clients to convert them into sales orders.
Engage actively in fieldwork to discover new business opportunities, nurture current end customers, secure repeated business from existing customers, and provide commercial marketing and strategic support to current accounts.
Plan and execute lead generation activities through various means and establish new contacts.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Full-time position with a bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science, and Mechanical) or an MBA (Marketing and Sales) from an accredited college or university. Essential to have at least 5-7 years of experience in selling Access Control systems or Master Keying Solutions. Knowledge of the industry and the roles of end-users, owners, architects, and MEP consultants is a must.
Proficiency in reading and understanding specifications, facility standards, and floor plans. Familiarity with computer software applications, including major Microsoft Office Suite programs, particularly Excel. Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills are required. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and time management habits. A motivated self-starter with a high capacity for acquiring new skills and principles.
