ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITES OF A DAY CARE COORDINATOR

She is responsible for the overall outlook and running of the daycare. She needs to reorganize and prepare in advance.
She needs to prepare weekly activity and meal plans and manage inventory for the same.
Creativity is a big part of the daycare experience and she has to ensure various creative activities for the children to engage in are prepared in our daycare. Teaching aids should be prepared specifically and used effectively.
She is a guide who works with the children and other teachers. She must ensure that she provides a comfortable nurturing environment for the little ones within her care.
Her voice and movements should convey a feeling of enthusiasm, interest and energy even while seated.
She must monitor each child's progress, meals, in and out times, and be avaiale for child's pick up and drop.
She must ensure all daily trackers are maintained properly.
She should be able to relate to the parents and other teachers as well.
