MUST BE at least ITI in Mechanical.

Operating Machinery:
Operate & control machinery and equipment. This may involve starting and stopping machines, adjusting settings, and monitoring the operation to ensure it runs smoothly.

Setup and Calibration:
Setting up machines before production begins. This includes calibrating equipment, loading materials, and making any necessary adjustments to ensure the machine is configured correctly.

3.

Monitoring Processes:
Closely monitor the production process to detect any problems or deviations from the standard operating procedures.

4.

Quality Control:
Follow quality control procedures to identify and address any defects or issues.

5.

Maintenance and Repairs:
Basic maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, and minor repairs. Required to report any major malfunctions to maintenance personnel.

6.

Safety Compliance:

Must follow safety procedures, use personal protective equipment (PPE), and be aware of potential hazards associated with the machinery they operate.

7.

Documentation:
Keep accurate records of production output, machine settings, and any issues encountered is typically part of the job.

8.

Troubleshooting:
When issues arise, Machine Operators should identify the cause of the problem and take corrective action. This may involve adjusting settings, making minor repairs, or notifying maintenance personnel for more complex issues.
