<\/div> Team Member Role: Manager/Assistant Manager - Real Estate Transaction<\/b>
<\/div> <\/b>
<\/b><\/div> What would the work Entail:
<\/div>
  • 4+ years of Residential Real Estate Transaction experience with good knowledge of Bangalore geography
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Build, maintain and grow strong relationships with Key Account Clients and Key Decision makers in the industry.
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Build, maintain and grow strong relationships with developers/property owners and HNI clients.
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Review properties and propose suitable options for the requirement.
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Manage/ Build an enthusiastic, driven and ambitious team in the most productive manner.
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Manage the transaction process end–to–end in an efficient manner to achieve smooth closures
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Responsible for the individual/ team's P&L<\/span>
    <\/li><\/ul><\/div>
    <\/div><\/span>

    • Excellent with MS excel, word and PowerPoint presentations.
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills enabling the development of goodrelationships with both clients and colleagues

    • Understanding and commitment to client satisfaction and client management
