Make outbound calls to potential clients:
The tele caller is responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients using a pre-defined script.

They must be able to explain the services of the real estate agency or brokerage and answer any questions the prospect may have.


Generate leads:
The tele caller must generate leads by identifying potential clients who are interested in buying or selling properties. They must maintain a database of leads and follow up with them on a regular basis.


  • Schedule appointments for the sales team: The tele caller must schedule appointments for the sales team with potential clients who are interested in buying or selling properties. They must ensure that the appointments are scheduled at a convenient time for both the client and the sales team.

Maintain accurate records:
The tele caller must maintain accurate records of all calls made, leads generated, and appointments scheduled. They must update the database on a regular basis and ensure that it is up-to-date.

Meet targets:
The tele caller must meet their targets for the number of calls made, leads generated, and appointments scheduled. They must work towards achieving their targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

Provide feedback:

The tele caller must provide feedback to the sales team on the quality of leads generated and the level of interest shown by potential clients.

They must also provide feedback on the effectiveness of the script and any improvements that can be made.


Salary:
₹5, ₹15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

Language:


  • Hindi (preferred)
  • English (preferred)
