• Addressing the needs of children with different levels and types of ability
• Managing children's behavior and routines in line with the nursery's policies and procedures
• Working within nursery's health and safety guidelines to ensure all children are safe
• Weekly activities should be planned based around the theme in the academic planner.
• Continually assess the progress of children in her care and adapt her teaching to suit the emerging needs of her class.
• Completing formal assessment of children as per plan.
• All activities planning should be handed by Friday of the week prior to Lesson Plan Starting.
• Planning activities for offsite trips
• Teacher's diary to be updated regularly.
• Child observations
• Four observations in a month.
• Report cards
• Twice in a year
• Learning journey to be shared every quarter on PTM
• Building strong relationships with parents and guardians.
