Job Summary:
- Enrolling students for courses offered by the company.
- Handling Inbound and Outbound calls, follow up on Enquiry and database
- Understand student requirement and guide the student to the right program fitting his / her requirement
- Explaining eligibility criteria, admission procedures,course structure,course details
- Ensure proper servicing is done for the students enrolled
Responsibilities and Duties:
Keep updated about the latest trends in School courses, NEET UG/PG, CAT, GRE, GMAT, IIT/JEE, Bank PO, CRT, GATE, Tuition etc.
Key Skills:
Counselling, Administration, inbound, outbound, admission
Required Experience and Qualifications
Education:
Graduate mandatory
Excellent communication.
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 12 months
Salary:
₹8, ₹26,335.36 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
