• We are looking for IT Technical Recruiter for US Staffing
• Responsible for handling IT requirements and working Directly with Clients.
• Need to have knowledge of Tax terms like C2C, W2, and 109
• Experience Working on C2C, C2H, W2 consultants.
• Sourcing from Job Portals (Monster, Dice, Career builder, Job diva, LinkedIn), Making job postings on the Job Portal.
• Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement.
• Responsibilities include understanding client requirements & mapping the relevant targets.
• Must be prompt in responding on time to consultants, Vendors, and Clients.
• Must have excellent communication skills and negotiation skills.
• Update and maintain daily / weekly / monthly reports of Interviews.
