Job Description:


  • Handling correspondence directed to Managers
  • Taking dictation and minutes and writing them up subsequently
  • Producing reports
  • Maintaining the current filing and database system, and looking for ways to improve current systems & updating the same on the system.
  • Updating data on CRM system.
  • Updating excel sheet/records on monthly basis
  • Coordination for all travel, hotel, guest house and other travel arrangements.
  • Processing billing passing & completing payments to vendor on time.
  • Maintain dairy and arrange appointments as necessary and intimate the senior.
  • Undertake the assignment from time to time to make the information / reports updated with the help of research which is might require contact with external agencies, as required by the Chairperson
  • Answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages and information to the executive
  • Prepare all types of visual presentations for clients using Web & Graphic based tools / software's. (Ms
  • Office)


  • Proficient in MS

  • Office and database software's.
  • Good knowledge of GPS & Coordinate mapping structure.
  • Prepare power point presentations to the professional end as per the client's requirement.
  • Access to the website server for technical requirements of the company.
  • To ensure that all internal & external presentations are delivered on time with maximum accuracy.
  • Consolidation of data / content for the presentation purpose.
  • Coordinate with Builder & Landlords to validate the data.
  • Maintaining relationship with the Builders for upcoming Project.
  • Taking regular update from the data collection team.
  • Tracking and maintaining data base of Residential projects of Pune.
  • Keeping udate of minutes of the Meeting.
  • Responsible for preparation of confidential documents and reports
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings and conferences
  • Visitor Management.
  • Handling Recruitment

Pay:
₹8, ₹49,585.64 per month
