Technical Expertise you'll have:

Experience with Routing/Switching/Wireless Technologies
Meraki, Aruba/HP and Nexus Technologies.
Handson experience with common office Network Architectures.
Exposure to Firewall Security Technologies
FortiGate and Meraki.
Working knowledge of SitetoSite VPN Technologies.
Experience with Azure AD, Intune, and On-Prem Windows Servers.
Enhance our UEM strategy and MDM practices.
Knowledge of system security (e.g. intrusion detection systems) and data backup/recovery
Familiarity with various Operating Systems-MacOS and Windows primarily.
At least 5 years of Experience in a handson helpdesk environment
Ability to prioritize workload and work independently with little oversight and training.

What You'll Do
This role is a blend of strategy and tactical execution that will give you endless opportunities to take on new
responsibilities, learn new skills, and mentor others. Your teammates will be distributed between NY, VA, and
Chennai.

Provide technical support for internal employees
Educate endusers on how to get the most out of their technology
Use system monitoring tools for potential performance issues.
Safeguard of all networked data/information.
Perform device provisioning, desktop imaging, and software installation.
Configure and manage networking hardware.
Responsible for the planning and implementation of all network related activities.
Manage the successful delivery of infrastructure changes in accordance with enterprise architecture

standards to ensure infrastructure meets business continuity and architectural standards.
