  • Developing content in alignment to the company's content strategy and plan
  • Developing content for blogs, case studies, website, marketing collaterals and any such requirements
  • Collaborating with Project teams and developing case studies, white papers and success stories on the implementation projects undertaken
  • Researching, writing, proofreading, editing content across categories to ensure quality
  • Coordinating and collaborating with concerned authorities and SMEs for inputs and insights for content development
  • Collaborating with the design team to develop creatives and document designs to best present the created content
  • Planning, developing, writing and managing documents like user manuals, guides, product tutorials that meets client recommended and internal standards

Requirement:


  • Proven experience in content writing for Enterprise solutions/SaaS solutions
  • Excellent written and communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in MS Office is a must
  • Willingness to work in few hours in IST evening time so as to be available for interactions with the US team
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Being Certified in writing would be desirable, though not mandatory
