We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team.

The Sales Executive will be responsible for end to end sales like conducting field scanning activities, calling and scheduling meetings with potential clients.

The primary objective of this role is to identify potential clients, build relationships, and generate sales leads for our energy management device.


Responsibilities:


  • Conduct field scanning activities to identify potential clients and sales opportunities for Builder's Floor
  • Build and maintain a strong network of contacts within the real estate industry, including builders, brokers, and other key stakeholders.
  • Actively generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, site visits, referrals, and scheduling demo meetings.
  • Provide product information and guidance to potential clients, highlighting the unique features and benefits of our smart device Smi-Fi
  • Conduct sales presentations and negotiations with potential clients, addressing their queries and concerns.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market insights.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the company.

Qualifications:

Graduation degree in any field (BBA, BCA, B.Tech or any other similar courses).

Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role preferably in the Builder's Floor segment.

Strong knowledge of the smart electronic devices, security system, automation devices

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with potential clients and build relationships.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business opportunities.

Self-motivated and target-oriented with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.


Preference:

Proficiency in using CRM software

Vehicle (Bike) and valid driver's license


Gurgaon location
**Relevant experience of 6 months to 2 years.
