Role & responsibilities

Preparing of Architectural drawing using AutoCAD, Sketch up & Rivet.

Designed floor plans, elevations, 3D perspective views and material boards for review and presentation.

Preparing of architectural commercial and residential buildings plans, sections, elevations, conceptual, working & Detailing drawings.

Site supervising and co-ordination with contractors.

Consulted with clients to determine architectural preference to meet overall design goals. Carefully reviewed contractor submittals of finish materials.

Consulted with clients to discuss preferences, styles, and ideas for commissions.

Updated computer graphic files using graphics software programs.

Designed art and copy layouts for direct mail advertising material.

Presented projects to internal clients.

Altered patterns to fit client requirements.

Facilitated requests regarding product information, installation methods and product upgrade options.

Led projects and analyzed data to identify opportunities for improvement.

Quickly learned new skills and applied them to daily tasks, improving efficiency and productivity. Participated in furniture selection and documentation of specification.
