    About the internship:

    There are multiple management trainee positions we are hiring for across different verticals, like

    Business Development (Sales)

    Digital Marketing

    Customer Service Support (Over the phone & at the stores)

    Process Engineering

    Retail Sales Executive

    As a Management Trainee intern at SashMick's Bakery, you will have the exciting opportunity to delve into the world of digital marketing, CRM, and sales in the food industry. You will work closely with our experienced team to learn the ins and outs of managing customer relationships, developing marketing strategies, driving sales growth and crafting business processes.

    Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

    1. Assist in developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns to increase online visibility and drive website traffic.

    2. Handling & Managing customer interactions

    3. Expand business across delhi-ncr.

    4. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to shape marketing strategies and sales tactics.

    5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing initiatives and sales promotions.

    6. Contribute fresh ideas and innovative solutions to drive business growth and enhance customer experience.
