Customer Payment Follow-Up

Overview:


In this role, you will be responsible for contacting customers to follow up on outstanding payments, negotiate payment arrangements, and ensure timely resolution of payment issues.

This position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while contributing to our company's success.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Initiate outbound calls to customers with overdue payments
  • Follow up on outstanding invoices and accounts receivable to facilitate timely payments
  • Utilize persuasive communication skills to negotiate payment arrangements and resolve payment issues

Skills:


  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a persuasive and customerfocused approach
  • Previous experience in telesales, collections, or customer service preferred
  • Strong negotiation and problemsolving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote environment
