Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Barista and Café Assistant.

In this role, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional coffee beverages, providing outstanding customer service, and assisting with food preparation and service.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages with precision and enthusiasm.
  • Ensure high-quality standards in coffee preparation, maintaining consistency in taste and presentation.
  • Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing inquiries and providing recommendations.
  • Assist in food preparation, including light cooking, assembling sandwiches, and maintaining food safety standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including the coffee station, dining area, and kitchen.
  • Handle cash transactions, operate the cash register, and reconcile sales at the end of the shift.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow during busy periods.
  • Uphold health and safety regulations, including proper sanitation and hygiene practices.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on coffee trends, menu changes, and company policies.
  • Flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the overall functioning of the café.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a barista or in a similar customer service role is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a collaborative work environment.
  • High level of cleanliness and attention to detail.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
₹15, ₹18,000.00 per month
