Job Description For Client Servicing

  • 1. Ability to translate client briefs very clearly to the design & content team.
  • Handle the operational job requirements.
  • Should be able to minute meetings clearly.
  • Prompt response and follow-up with internal teams for job delivery as per committed timelines.
  • Should know and understand the brand clearly and efficiently to be able to deliver good results.
  • Conduct market research and data to find out needed gaps in the brand.
  • Keeping track of competitive brand activities.
  • Ensure all financials in terms of job estimation, billing, and collection happens on time.
  • Building long-term associations with global clients and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Checking and being updated with brand postings & complete page management.
  • Maintaining track of client calendars and keeping them updated.
  • Keeping a prompt check and understanding of ongoing ads & promotions for their brands.

Salary:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
