Description

We are seeking a talented and creative 3D Animator to join our dynamic team. As a 3D Animator, you will be responsible for bringing characters, environments, and objects to life through motion.

Your primary role will involve collaborating with our creative team to develop compelling animations that align with project goals and requirements.

Responsibilities:

Create highquality, realistic animations for characters, objects, and environments using industrystandard software (e.g., 3ds Max, Maya, Blender, ).
Collaborate closely with the Art Director, Game Designers, and other team members to understand project objectives and deliver animations that meet creative and technical specifications.
Interpret storyboard sketches and translate them into fluid and engaging animations.
Rig characters and objects for animation, ensuring proper weight, deformation, and functionality.
Implement animation cycles, including walk cycles, run cycles, and character interactions, while maintaining consistency and continuity.
Optimize animations for performance and memory constraints without sacrificing quality.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to animations, rigging, and integration into game engines or other platforms.
Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and tools to continually improve animation quality and efficiency.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Animation, Multimedia, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience as a 3D Animator in the film, animation, or architectural industry.
Proficiency in 3D animation software such as 3ds Max, Maya, or Blender.
Strong understanding of animation principles, including timing, weight, and character acting.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to deliver highquality animations under tight deadlines.
Solid understanding of character rigging and skinning techniques.
Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
Portfolio/demo reel showcasing your animation skills and creativity.
