PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:


Provide administrative services:

  • Updating and maintaining of social media facebook, twitter, linked in, etc;
  • Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers;
  • Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook;
  • Upgrading personal knowledge with respect to excels market study etc;
  • Keeping the office and reception area tidy.

Sales Coordination:

  • Introduction calls to clients;
  • Inviting Prospects to office
  • Develop a concrete classification of the Leads
  • Source of the lead is to be revealed and defined
  • Quick and regular response needs to be taken towards the leads.

General:

  • Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
  • Greet visitors and make required arrangements for their meeting or comfort.
  • Coordinating with people as and when informed.
  • Liaison with labours, office staff, and vendors needs to be done.
  • Respond to public inquiries
  • Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed
  • Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference
  • Updating and maintaining of social media facebook, twitter, linked in, etc.
  • Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers
  • Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook.
  • Filing of documents as and when provided.
  • Update lists of every incoming or outgoing of samples, good etc.
  • Record and handle all incoming and outgoing couriers.
  • Maintaining list of all samples
  • Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings/appointments
  • Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, faxing etc.
  • Data
  • Entry as when required by the management
  • Administration work as and when required
  • Travel arrangements
  • Take notes and minutes of meetings if required
  • To make sure the office is clean and organised at any point of time.
  • Vendor Management
  • Maintaining and updating contact list internal and external
  • Making arrangements in the office for any meetings and get to together held

Salary:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
