Description

Provide support and in-depth troubleshooting to any and all issues related to the SCCM Deployments and patching activity.

Extensive experience on WSUS administration and troubleshooting
Management of Compliance Settings by creating and importing Configuration Items (CI)
Manage and report on hardware and software inventory
Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell.
Familiarity with Windows 10 deployment, inplace upgrades, and system imaging.
Extensive hands on experience in SCCM Client installation, upgrades and troubleshooting.
Good knowledge on creating custom SSRS or Power BI reports based on the requirements.

Manage end to end Intune Software deployment as a service including release, distribution and the installation of packaged software
Intune / SCCM software deployment for Wks and Servers
Conducts requirement analysis, license acquisition
Achieve service efficiency through automation
Ensures adherence of established policies and procedures
Provides management reports on release progress
Service release and deployment policy and planning
Deals with release package design, build and configuration
Deals with release package testing and acceptance including business sign off
Deals with service roll out planning including method of deployment
Ensures coordination of build and test environments teams and release teams
Deals with communication, preparation and training
