Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage documentation of investors with respect to purchases, redemptions, SIPs or any
changes in their existing records

  • Check and ensure proper complaint classification is done by the RTA.


  • Monitor transaction processing

  • Commercial and Non-Commercial Transactions
  • Prepare Daily and periodical MIS for control over transaction processing against SLAs.
  • Assist in redemption payouts and monitoring of SIP cycle closure and brokerage
processing.

  • Provide inputs for monthly meetings with RTA to review SLAs and projects.
  • Target group (external) investors/ IFAs/ Distributors.
  • Target group (internal) all stakeholders including Fund Management, Fund
Operations, Compliance, Risk and Secretarial teams as well as the RTA.

  • Help streamline the onboarding process for investors, IFAs/ distributors, channel
partners etc.

  • Propose and develop departmentwide operational improvements, especially in forms,
formats and handling of queries and complaints, in consultation with the other

stakeholders.
