Insurance broking Company at Marine Lines is looking for Telemarketing executives.

Job description
Cold call clients using a given phone directory to sell Insurance products

Use scripts to provide information about policies, features, prices etc. and present their benefits

Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer's requirements

Persuade the customer to buy by demonstrating how Insurance policies meet their needs

Record the customer's personal information accurately in a computer system

Go the "extra mile" to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales

Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information


Requirements and skills
Proven experience as telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role

Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone

Working knowledge of relevant computer programs / Apps

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Persistent and results-oriented


Salary:
₹11, ₹15,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Patiala, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • Telcalling: 1 year (preferred)
