• Provide guidance and support to students who are interested in studying abroad
• Assist students in selecting suitable courses, universities, and programs based on their educational background, career goals, and financial constraints
• Conduct research on universities, programs, and scholarships available
• Build relationships with Team and maintain regular communication with the admission department
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide regular feedback to parents, guardians and Team
• Keep uptodate with changes in abroad education policies and regulations
• Conduct and attend company events

• Highest Educational Qualification: MBA (preferred)
• Minimum Educational Qualification: Graduation (first class, any stream)
• Minimum Work Experience (in Months): Preferably 12 years in educational counselling, freshers also welcome
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Maintaining good rapport with the agents and universities
• Ability to understand the students' needs properly
• Willingness to work according to the situation
• Patience, Diligent and analytical knowledge on processing

• 3 months probation period
• Health insurance upto Rs. 12,000/ per annum reimbursable after probation
• 1 month notice period post probation
• Work hours: 6 days a week, Mon-Sat, 8 hrs a day; Sundays and Institutedesignated Public Holidays (approx. 18 per annum) are off
• Leaves: 2 paid leaves per month
